Seachaser Voyages and Globe and Graze—your trusted travel partners. We connect you with world-class suppliers and local experts to craft journeys tailored to your style and interests. Every trip is designed to be more than destinations—it’s about experiences, memories, and the joy of travel, with every detail taken care of for you.
Your Responsibilities
"You" and "your" refer to our valued customer. By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:
You are of sufficient age to create binding legal obligations
You are legally authorized to act on behalf of all travelers in your party
All information you provide is correct and complete
You are financially responsible for all bookings made under your name or account
Changes, Cancellations & Flexibility
Travel suppliers reserve the right to cancel bookings, make alterations, refuse passengers, or pass on costs from delays or events beyond their control. We have no control over schedules or such decisions.
As your booking agent, we will promptly notify you of significant changes during business hours when time permits before departure. However, we are not liable for changes or associated costs. Price drops after confirmation, ticketing, or payment are not our responsibility.
When You Make Changes
We will assist with change requests, but cannot guarantee supplier approval. Some cruise lines refuse air travel changes regardless of circumstances due to group space blocks, non-refundable tickets, or chartered flights.
Fees Apply: Our standard service fee (minimum $35 per person) plus any supplier charges or penalties apply to approved changes. All changes are subject to availability and supplier terms.
Cancellations: Partial refunds may be available based on supplier policies. Our standard cancellation fee and supplier penalties apply. Deposits may be non-refundable. Refunds generally require 6-8 weeks to process. Travel insurance may cover cancellation charges if your reason qualifies under policy terms.
Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure all details on travel documents are correct. Report errors or discrepancies immediately to us and your travel supplier.
Passport, Visa & Immigration: You must fulfill all passport, visa, and immigration requirements for your travel. Confirm requirements with relevant embassies or consulates. We are not responsible if you cannot travel due to noncompliance, but we will assist in determining requirements when possible.
Vaccinations: Vaccinations may be required for your destinations. Arrange all necessary vaccinations for your itinerary.
Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
The following important legal terms protect both parties and clarify responsibilities. Please review carefully to understand the scope and limitations of our services.
Maximum Liability Cap
If we are found liable for any loss or damage, our liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us for such products or services, or (b) $100.00. This limitation reflects the allocation of risk between the parties and will apply even if any limited remedy fails.
Information Accuracy
Information, software, products, and services on our website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. We do not guarantee accuracy and disclaim liability for errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on pending reservations and will offer you the opportunity to keep your reservation at the correct price if available.
Independent Suppliers
Travel suppliers are independent contractors, not our agents or employees. We are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from their services.
No Guarantees or Warranties
We make no guarantees about availability of specific products and services. We make no representations about the suitability of information, software, products, or services for any purpose. All offerings are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
Limited Liability
We have no liability and will make no refunds for delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, or causes beyond our control. We are not responsible for additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where our office is located, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within our county.
